Ethiopian Harrar, known as one of world’s oldest coffees, is grown largely from heirloom varieties of Arabica that are seldom cultivated anywhere else in the world. This extraordinary coffee is grown on small family-owned farms on the high slopes of Mt. Elgon, where streams, rivers and a trio of majestic waterfalls, known as Sipi Falls, provide nutrient rich growing conditions. Known as one of the finest in Uganda, this particular coffee is famous for its quality because of its perfect growing conditions, top notch wash stations and state of the art strict drying methods. This low acidic cup possesses a silky and creamy body with a sweet clean finish. UTZ certified, Rainforest Alliance Certified. Full-City Medium Roast.
Cupping notes: Mild acidity, earthy finish, underlying chocolate, creamy caramel and dark fruits, silky and clean.

A half and half mixture of the Golden Tanzania Peaberry Medium Roast and Deep and Dark Sumatra Continental Roast, the coffee brews a heavier medium-dark coffee with fruity notes. You get the earthy, spicy notes from the dark roasted Sumatra, and a bright creamy citrus strike from the Tanzania Peaberry. The coffees work well together to produce a bold and rich full-bodied cup, great for the Sunday morning before a 1pm Steelers kickoff!

Cuban Blend is our most popular dark roast blend, bar none. It is bold, without being overwhelming, and has a rich full body. It is masterfully blended to capture the essence of the traditional Caribbean coffee you would find growing up on the islands. Dark French Roast and Costa Rica Continental Roast come together to create a smooth yet complex heavy bodied cup that will give that much needed pick me up on those slow mornings. Cuban blend is the favorite "wake-up" coffee of owner Stan Prestogeorge. For the full Cuban effect, he recommends brewing it at double strength with 2/3 coffee and 1/3 warm half & half. It also brews an excellent dark espresso or moka pot!
