Winter Holiday Classroom Party Volunteer Sign Ups

Join us at school to celebrate Winter Holidays with the students!

• Each class will have 2-3 volunteers who will coordinate a craft and 2-3 games for the students to play. Parties last about 40 minutes. The PTA will provide a snack for all of the students.
• Signing up does NOT guarantee you will be chosen to participate for the Winter party. You will be contacted to confirm your clearances and availability prior to confirming class volunteers. Individuals who indicate willingness to be a ‘class lead’ will get priority.
• Classroom Leads  will be responsible for communication with the other volunteers for that classroom, working together to plan activities, and submitting any receipts for reimbursement by the PTA.
• Clearances are REQUIRED for this event! Thank you for being part of our PTA!
